When it comes to caring for your Invisalign® aligners you must take them out when you are eating and drinking. Not only that but you must also brush your teeth straight after eating before putting your Invisalign® aligners back in and the best way to clean your aligners is with cool water or as an alternative using special cleaning tablets. After this process, you can simply carry on with your treatment.
Will Invisalign® aligners affect your speech?
No, they won’t, although in the first week they will take some adjusting too after that, you can speak like normal because your tongue will have adjusted to the braces during the transition period.
There is no minimum age required for the Invisalign treatment as it is inclusive of children and adults. Your teeth move throughout life so there is no need to panic if you haven’t had any orthodontic treatment when you were younger.
